At the Center for Job Introduction of the province, many businesses, in recent days, have posted their notifications at the center to employ workers for timber industry, including local businesses and those from Ho Chi Minh City.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Head of the Center for Job Introduction of the province, said, nowadays, along with the opportunity to finalize purchase orders near Tet holiday, the timber production companies would be recruiting a large numbers of workers. Many different vacancies as team leaders of foil making, refined wood, painting, and carpentry are offered with an attractive salary of VND 4-6 million a month (excluding allowances).
Quyet Hop Nhat Production Company Limited, specializing in furniture industry exported to markets in Europe and Australia, has been in need of employing 300 men and women of 18-45 years old to work in timber industry. In addition, the company also offers allowances for its workers for their overtime, diligence, accommodation and hazardous working conditions. Lecade Company Limited at Khanh Binh Ward in Tan Uyen Town, specializing furniture has been in urgent need of 200 workers, of whom 100 would be working for carpentry. RK Resources Company Limited in Lai Uyen Commune of Bau Bang District, specializing in furniture has been in need of 500 employees.
To attract workers to timber industry, many companies have offered good policies to their potential employees including salary promotion and accommodation offering or supporting. Employment attracting policies have been implemented; working and resting conditions have been improved to elevate living standards of the workers. Upholding the motto of "officers and workers are of the company's assets", in recent years, Ngoc Tram Woodworking Company Limited in Lap Commune of Dau Tieng District has set aside land for the construction of 47 rooms and 24 houses for its workers.
Such endeavor is of welfare for workers and the measures to retain older workers and attract new ones. The Company is fully aware of good welfare policies to stabilize its working staffs who would be more skillful through time to produce more quality products proficiently for sustainable development of the Company.
On the bulletin of employment, RK Resources Company Limited has quickly offered lower requirements for employees and commitment of VND 4.8 million of salary and higher with salary promotion once every 6 months.
The Company also built a dormitory with daycare service for children of workers. Some standards of income and working conditions have also given out by the Company for the potential employees to choose. In addition to salary, some enterprises have offered more allowances for the employees to stabilize their life to endorse long-term commitment to the enterprise.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Head of Binh Duong Center for Job Introduction also added that in the final days of the year the timber industry labor recruitment of the firms increased as enterprises have been in need of contract completion;Currently, the Center for Job Introduction of the province took the initiative steps in widely disseminating information about companies in need of hiring for them to consider their options for suitable jobs.
