Early May 25, Phuc Dat Production and Trading Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phuc Dat Tan Uyen high-rise social housing project in Tan Uyen city’s Tan Hiep ward. The event was attended by Bui Minh Tri, Vice Chairman of pprovincial People's Committee, along with leaders from various provincial departments, agencies and local authorities.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tri stated that in recent years, the province has focused on mobilizing all available resources to promote the development of social housing. Provincial leaders highly appreciate and are grateful to businesses that have actively partnered with local authorities in implementing social housing projects. The Phuc Dat Tan Uyen high-rise social housing project is a clear testament to the business community's support for the Government’s major policy to realize the goal of building one million social housing units for low-income earners and workers during the 2021–2030 period.
Mr.Tri expressed his belief that the project would deliver positive economic and social impacts. He also urged the project’s developer to closely oversee the execution to ensure the progress and quality of the construction, with the aim of creating a spacious, modern residential area for low-income people, contributing to the province’s ongoing urbanization process.
With a high-quality design and preferential loan support from banks under the State’s social housing development policy, the project is being implemented on an area of over 1.1 hectares. The project is being developed on a area of over 1.1 hectares, consisting of 3 blocks with 18 floors and 1 basement level, with a total construction floor area of 76,000 square meters. It will provide the market with 936 apartments and 39 shophouses, meeting residents' needs for comfortable and convenient living. Amenities include a community activity area, a swimming pool and more. The total investment for the project is approximately VND 1.3trillion.
