Tokyu is a big group that has been founded since 1992. This is a multi-field group involving in areas of transport, retail, hotel, education culture and so on. Meanwhile, Becamex IDC is a multi-field economic group involving in fields such stock exchange, insurance, bank, real estate, trade, service, IT, building material, pharmaceutical product, health and education. Especially, Becamex IDC has gained successes on many fields of infrastructure facility building and investment for industrial parks, new urban areas and so on. The two groups have large-scale projects, bringing a stable and sustainable living environment for residents.
Earlier, in Oct. 2011, Becamex IDC and Tokyu inked an MOU to develop industry, urban and service fields, improve urban quality in Binh Duong province in particular and Vietnam in general. On Feb. 27, 2012, Becamex IDC and Tokyu officially signed a joint venture contract and set up Becamex Tokyu Co.Ltd. to uphold the two groups’ advantages.
