Workshop on lean production in woodwork sector held
Binh Duong Furniture Association (BIFA) just coordinated with MAC Company to host a workshop on lean production and business to create higher added value and profits in woodwork sector.At the workshop, Mr. Le Phuoc Van, Director of MAC Company has presented lean manufactory in woodwork sector which was very helpful to enterprises. By in-depth analysis participants indentify common wastefulness in production and processing including overfull production, inventories, transportation, idle time, and wastefulness of talent, lean manufacture, purchase order production, non-mass production, etc.The survey and discussion at the workshop have been highly appreciated for their reality application.In the first ever workshop host by BIFA in its second tenure, organizer is aiming to hold workshops every month to discuss vital issues of the woodwork sector.Reported by B.A – Translated by Vi Bao
