Over the past 10 days, shops, supermarkets, markets, bookstores and more across Binh Duong have displayed numerous decorative products for X’mas season. Compared with the past year, decorative products for X’mas in this year are very plentiful and various. Of these, hand-made products are loved by consumers.
Price of some X’mas ornaments such as Christmas ball is priced at VND30,000-70,000 per bag, garland is priced at VND98,000-248,000 per item, Christmas tree at VND40,000-70,000 per small tree and VND400,000-1.8mil per 3-leaf pine tree, snowflake pine tree at VND360,000-8.9mil per tree and more.
At some shops on Cach mang thang tam, Dong Tran Nghiep roads, there are some new items such as xmas wreath with white Christmas ball decoration, Christmas garland with bow red, Christmas garland with the led light decoration, Christmas wreath for hanging decoration, handmade Christmas decoraton flowers head garland.
Aside from ornaments, gifts are eye catching. At some bookstores in Thu Dau Mot city, Christmas cards with music attract many consumers.
Vietnamese ornaments for Christmas are plentiful
This year’s Christmas season are very plentiful with products made in Vietnam. Shoppers shift to choose domestic ornaments. Tran Thi Thanh Phuong in Chanh Nghia ward, Thu Dau Mot city said that ornaments made in Vietnam are very plentiful in patterns and styles with reasonable prices. Meanwhile, Nguyen Van Long in Tan Binh commune, North Tan Uyen district said “I choose Vietnamese ornaments for their safety and reasonable price”.
Le Huong, the owner of X’mas shop on Doan Tran Nghiep road, Phu Cuong ward, Thu Dau Mot city said that her shop displays Christmas products sooner than previous years. Until now, the number of clients increases significantly. Vietnamese items at her shop account for more than 60%. Especially, X’mas decorative balls are made in Vietnam with reasonable price and eye catching patterns.
At present, some units have launched promotional programs for the coming Christmas season to lure more clients. Trinh Thi Mai Han, vice director of Co.opmart Binh Duong said that in order to prepare goods for Christmas season, the supermarket has launched a 20-45% discount program for all items. In addition, on Dec. 24, the supermarket will hold a gift program for 100 first shoppers with invoice of VND500,000 and above.
