Dong A Steel JSC in Di An district’s Song Than IP just held a summing up conference on its activities 2010 and mapped out strategies for 2011. After its re-structure, the company has increased over 42.5% in human resources with an average income of over VND4.1mil per capita per month, reached 94,300 tons in consumption output, a year-on-year rise of 24%, VND112bil in pre-tax profit, a year-on-year increase of 27%. The company in 2010 conducted insurance policies worth over VND2bil for laborers as well as granted scholarships to workers’ children.
