At the conference, Bau Bang District Party Committee announced decisions to establish agencies and awarded decisions to appoint staff of departments, including: Office of Home Affairs appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong as head of the office; Office of Economics - Infrastructure and Urban Areas appointed Mr. Huynh Tan Cuong as head of the office; Office of Culture - Science and Information appointed Mr. Nguyen Quang Thanh as head of the office; Office of Agriculture and Environment appointed Mr. Phan Chau Phat as head of the office. At the same time, Bau Bang District Party Committee announced decisions to appoint officials of the Office of Education and Training and the District Health Office.
Along with that, Bau Bang District Party Committee announced decisions to dissolve 8 grassroots Party cells and establish 14 Party organizations including the following cells: Fatherland Front, Women's Union, Farmers' Union, District Union, Veterans' Union, Red Cross, Propaganda Education and Mass Mobilization, Political Center, Internal Affairs, Economy - Infrastructure and Urban Areas, Agriculture and Environment, Agricultural Service Center, Culture - Science and Information and Culture - Sports and Broadcasting Party Cell.
