Restructuring and completing economic institutions for green growth is the major component of the national green growth strategy announced by the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) on October 29.

 The nation’s industrial production increased 4.5 percent in the first 10 months of this year compared to the same period last year, announced the General Statistics Office (GSO).

Bui Thanh Son in Di An ward’s Binh Minh 1 quarter in Di An town is well-known as a successful farmer with the pheasants-breeding model. The province’s industrial production value in October was estimated at VND13.822trillion, up 7.8% compared to the previous month. Of these, the domestic investment sector reached nearly VND4.33trillion, up 7.6$ while the foreign investment sector achieved more than VND9.49trillion, up 7.8%.

 There are positive signs of economic growth, though still below par, to lay a firm foundation for Vietnam’s stable development in the coming years.
