South Binh Duong water environment improvement project is one of the provincial environmental protection projects to build a civilized, modern urban area in the future. However, the project is in need of hi-unity from people because this is a project relating to people’s life.

After three-day competition, the 5th provincial Skills Contest 2012 closed on the afternoon of April 12.

Delegates focused discussions on medical waste treatment by microorganic technology.  Prof. Dr Nguyen Huy Nga, Head of the Health Environment Management Agency under the Health Ministry, said about 42 tonnes of medical solid waste are discharged a day at over 13,600 medical stations nationwide. 

  Excellent contestants get prizes. As a result, the organizing board granted 4 individual prizes for excellent contestants. This is an annual activity of the Dau Tieng Rubber Company to help workers improve their skills of tapping rubber latex.

 In 2011, provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DoNRE) printed and delivered 8,300 propaganda documents on environmental protection. Effective propaganda forms will help raise public awareness of environmental protection

This is an important project to collect and solve waste water in the Southern area of the province. The project has a worth of VND1,980bil, 80% of which is from Japan International Cooperation Agency and the remaining is from Vietnam.

Concluding the survey session, Nguyen Minh Giao, head of Committee for Culture and Society recorded efforts of the company leaders and asked the company to continue supports for laborers.
