Gifts given for poor ethnic people in Dau Tieng
A delegation from the representative board of Chinese community in TDM town visited and presented 62 gifts worth VND400,000 each, including sugar, milk, cooking oil, soar and VND200,000 in cash, to poor ethnic people in Dau Tieng district’s Dau Tieng township and Minh Hoa commune (photo). Province excels some tasks of Dong Nai river protection
The provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Tran Van Nam paid a working session with a delegation of Dong Nai River Protection Committee on Aug. 11. Reportedly, work of launching environmental protection activities at Dong Nai River valley under the province reached remarkable results. Veterans in Phu Giao spend VND400mln on helping each other in economic development
In the first half of this year, Phu Giao district’s Veterans’ Society and its affiliates continued maintaining 11 loan-rotating groups with VND419 mln that was disbursed for 93 members to develop home based business. Many well-off members voluntarily helped needy ones buy breeding animals and nursling on credit with a total value of VND25mln. Members also helped each other get VND110mln in loan without interest rate or at low-interest rates.
