Representative of Binh Duong Daily has just handed over VND1.7mln from readers near and far to Pham Thi Bich Thuy. Of the total, VND1mln came from BIDV’s Trade Union and VND700,000 from reader Doan My Duyen.

At the ceremony, reps of Viettel Binh Duong granted 50 gifts to their familiar clients and presented 98 other gifts, each worth VND200,000 to the local privileged people and contributors as well as poor people.

In the 1965 Spring-Summer campaign, Vietnamese military collected the US troop’s spark-gap machine named Army Receiver – Transmitter TR 77/GRC-9. General Nguyen Chi Thanh granted this machine to Mr.Hieu. After nearly 48 years of holding this machine, Mr.Hieu decided to present it to Vietnam Military History Museum on the 100th birthday anniversary of General Nguyen Chi Thanh (Jan.1, 1914-2014).
