Participant eligibility includes children aged 10-15. The contest’s content and form require compositions presented in the form of letter not exceed 800 words length of the given subject. Compositions should be placed in the stamped envelops and be sent to Young Pioneer Newspaper, 5 Hoa Ma, Ha Noi. The organizing will receive entries from Dec. 9, 2013 to March 8, 2014.
