On June 11, Bau Bang District People's Committee held a conference to review the implementation of the State Administrative Reform Master Program over the past five years (2021-2025), as part of the period 2021-2030.
During 2021-2025, administrative reform efforts in Bau Bang District have received significant attention, leadership, and direction from Party committees and authorities at all levels. Various agencies, units, and localities have actively collaborated to enhance the quality and efficiency of administrative reforms, leading to many positive outcomes.
Notably, the implementation of online public services began in 2022. The rates of submitted online public service applications at levels 3 and 4 were 43.9% in 2022, 64.5% in 2023, and 85.12% in 2024, with over 98% expected by the end of the first quarter of 2025. Additionally, 100% of administrative procedure records have been received and fully digitized, and the rate of online payment records has reached an impressive 99%.
During the conference, Mr. Nguyen Phu Cuong, Chairman of Bau Bang District People's Committee, expressed his hope that agencies, units, and localities would continue to implement reforms in institutional structures and staffing. He emphasized the importance of reviewing, building, and improving the quality of cadres, civil servants, and public employees, as well as reforming administrative procedures to enhance the quality of administrative and public services.
On this occasion, Bau Bang District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 22 individuals for their outstanding achievements in administrative reform during the 2021-2025 period.
