In each district and town, there has been a facility providing free legal consultancy for the local youths since Jan.1, 2011. This is part of the province’s Project of “Enhancing awareness of the laws among youths”.

Every time Tet approaches, the province’s mass organizations focus on taking care of workers’ lives.
