Phu Giao district has just forwarded a ceremony to launch the first Day for the Poor of 2011.

Early August 1, Lai Thieu township’s Red Cross Society and its Volunteers’Club, including overseas Vietnamese in France, visited and presented more than 10 Tet gifts to Agent Orange victims, the poor and the disabled in the township.
