Over 7,800 turns of poor residents under free medical check-ups
In 2009, provincial health sector joined hands with charity organizations at home and abroad to provide free medical check-ups and medicine for more than 7,800 turns of poor residents in and out of the province with a total expense of over VND348mln; provided surgeries free of charge for 339 poor patients with cataract.
