Particularly, the company spent more than VND827mln on paying salaries for its workers. Nguyen Van Minh, chairman of the company’s Trade Union said company workers now enjoy an average income of more than VND6mln per capita per month, double compared the level set out by the 2009 company staff conference.
THP Group donates Tet gifts to gratitude and poor households
On the Tet 2010, Tan Hiep Phat Group (THP Group) visited and presented 350 boxes of its beverage products worth VND50mln and VND100mln to gratitude households and poor ones in Thuan An district’s Vinh Phu commune. THP Group also donated VND18mln to nine gratitude families that have been maintained by it in Vinh Phu commune.
BTV spends over VND100bil on film studio and broadcasting station
Binh Duong Television-Radio Station (BTV) held a summing-up conference of its activities 2009 and set out orientations for 2010 on Feb. 4 afternoon. Activities taking care of the poor on Tet
On the Tet 2010, provincial leaders directly visited and presented hundreds of Tet gifts to gratitude families, poor ones and children with extremely difficult circumstances. According to Dao Ngoc Nu, chairwoman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee (FFC), the province over time mobilized all forces to recover economy, which was closely linked with the task of ensuring social welfare. Particularly, provincial FFC last year built and handed over 120 unity housese worth VND2.4bln to needy people. On the Tet this year, the province also donated more than 3,000 gifts to the poor and children with extremely difficult circumstances.
