Since 2007, Di An town has composed and issued 50,000 sets of documents on the Law on Environmental Protection and regulations on collection and treatment of waste for proprietors, lodgers and people from all walks of life across the town with a total expense of VND89mln; printed and delivered 1,500 leaflets on how to identify and treat harmful waste in family and regulations on collection and treatment of daily waste; delivered 20 books on regulation of environmental protection charges for waste water and introduction of Vietnam Environmental Protection Fund together relevant documents to province-based enterprises, delivered 30 handbooks “Sharing efforts in environmental protection” to the People’s Committees of wards and mass organizations.

In 2012, Tan Uyen’s Youth Union organized 89 propagandic shows on the Law on Road Traffic with the participation of 38,18 turns of Youth Union members and youths while continuing implementing 11 self-governing streets with a total length of 30km with the participation of 321 Youth Union members and youths.
