New rural construction in Binh Duong under inspection
On March 22, the Central Steering Board for the National Target Program on New Rural Construction, headed by Pham Hung Anh, Deputy Director of the Department for Facilities, School Equipment and Toys of Children under the Ministry of Education and Training, made an inspection tour of implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in the southern province of Binh Duong.

Di An actively disburses basic construction capital
According to Di An town’s People’s Committee, the whole town disbursed VND94.1bln in basic construction capital in the first three months of 2012, including VND56.8bln from construction lottery source and VND37.2bln managed by Di An town.
